The company is a Microsoft Gold Partner, specializing in the implementation of Microsoft Cloud Applications and providing innovative business solutions for large organizations.

They are recruiting a Head of Marketing to join the growing team. This role will have a sole focus on driving their marketing content to result in new leads being generated month on month, to deliver of the Land element of their Land and Expand Strategy

The role is to engage new customers via content generated and shared online which will result in the generation of new leads for their Sales Team to manage. The concept of Warm Leads not Cold Leads has been in place now for 24 months, and this role is responsible for the refinement, improvement and delivery of this process. Furthermore, the role is to develop, own and execute the client Marketing strategy with the support of the Marketing Executive. They see huge potential for their brand to grow and develop internationally with targeted marketing campaigns and strategies to generate exciting engagement across all digital content platforms. This role is pivotal to the success of the strategic vision set by their CEO and Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, Own and Execute the Marketing Strategy

• Management, Growth, Development and Expansion of the Marketing Team

• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Team

• Setting, Monitoring and Reporting on all Marketing KPI's to the Senior Leadership Team

• Design branding and positioning activities to support the Marketing Strategy

• Analyse customer behaviour and determine customer personas and needs

•Build customer journey maps for their products, identifying efficiencies and improvements

• Prepare quarterly Return on Investment reports, evidencing the value of the marketing investments

• Owning the development of the D365 CRM Marketing system to leverage the technical capabilities and functionalities

Desirable qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience of Marketing Manager, Content creation, and/or social media

• Knowledge of CRM systems e.g., Dynamics 365

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, PowerPoint and other Microsoft 365 applications

• Excellent written communication

• Creative thinking

• Great attention to detail and able to maintain high level of accuracy

• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines

• A team player with high energy and can-do attitude
