Delighted to be working with this local property management company who are looking for an Office Manager to join their small quiet office of five staff in Chiswick. Temp to permanent role will go permanent quickly for the right person. Role to start ASAP with a handover with current office manager. Providing support to all other members of staff including the Managing Director and finance team.

temp £15 to £16 per hour
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
25 days holidays + 1 for Christmas and Bank Holidays
Yearly bonus
Excel and Sage essential for this role
Excellent attention to detail and typing skills
Work on own initiativeEnsuring effective running of the office, typing letters, filing, answering the phone purchasing of all office supplies and liaising with Utilities. The role involves some accounts duties entering purchase invoices into Sage preparing payments, setting up payments from on-line bank accounts. Property rental duties will include running monthly/quarterly rent demands inputting receipts to property database.
