A global market leader providing courier, package delivery and express mail services seeks a Yield Maanger who will play a key role in reviewing customer profitability, analysing key cost drivers and areas of revenue leakage within the organisation; to support the development of programmes to improve profitability. They must develop a thorough understanding of the business and have extensive experience of working with large and complex data sets in Microsoft Access and Excel. A successful Yield Manager will need to turn analysis into concrete recommendations and have the drive to see them through to implementation and monitor their impact. They will have the ability to convey objectives, methodologies and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organisation. The role holder must work effectively across multiple functions including Pricing, Sales, Finance and Operations.

* Devise sub programmes which support the overall Yield and Revenue leakage programmes

* Measure programme impact and ensure yield targets are being met

* Manage the implementation of annual price increase programme

* Propose improvements for future programmes based on learning from previous programmes

* Ensure full documentation of methodologies and easy access to data and calculations

* Perform complex and ad-hoc business / commercial analysis

Your Profile - Skillsets and Attributes

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong business acumen

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

* Advanced computer knowledge and experience including

* 2 years of management experience, demonstrating senior management interaction

* 3 years experience in a commercial,pricing analytical or finance role is preferred


* Salary - Between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

* Bonus - 10% of base pay depending upon company and personal performance

* Annual leave - 25 days per annum rising to 26 days after 5 years of continuous service
