The main purpose of the PSO role is to support the Project Management Office (PMO) analyst and Global PMO team in ensuring that governance is followed by Project teams in accordance with agreed timescales and quality.
Your day to day will include:
· Production of internal reporting against key KPI's.
· Co-ordination of Exec Reporting ensuring adherence to timescales and quality.
· Supporting PM's and Delivery Managers through governance process.
· Creating ad-hoc reporting as required.
· Collaborate with Finance for accurate management of time reporting.
What we're looking for:
Currently enrolled in a Business (or related) degree course
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite - strong knowledge of Excel/Pivots/Charting and PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Good prioritisation skills with the ability to be able to self prioritise to meet objectives.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Confidence to engage with and challenge colleagues within the organisation to ensure accuracy of written presentations
