DM Team Leader - Planning

I am working with a Local Authority in Hampshire who is looking to bring in a DM Team Leader that can hit the ground running with minimal supervision and take over responsibility of directly managing the DM team.

This role will be helping the team work on a number of exciting applications, whilst being directly responsible for signing off and delegating applications, as well as mentoring and managing performance..

·At least 5 years of experience with LPA
·Comfortable with a range of applications, as well as with managing a team
·Access to own vehicle to undertake site visits when required.

Working arrangements:

· This role can be done on a predominantly remote basis. However, you can work from the council offices at your own discretion

· Inside IR35.

· Full time (35 hrs per week) over 5 days or in a compressed week of 4.

The hourly rate ranges from £50p/h to £55p/h depending on your experience.
