Teaching Personnel are the largest supply agency in the UK, and we are currently recruiting for a bank of Secondary Supply Teachers to work across schools within the Salisbury area. As a Supply Teacher, you will benefit from great flexibility, competitive rates of pay and the diversity that comes from working across different schools.
The schools we work with will vary in distance from your house, but you tell us how far you are willing to travel and to what areas. Where possible, we will always give you as much notice as possible but due to the nature of the role, a certain level of flexibility on your part also is much appreciated. Working as a supply teacher is a very rewarding job, allowing you to have a positive impact upon the learning of different children each day.
As a supply teacher, you would deliver the work left by the class teacher and leave brief feedback at the end of the day. In order to work as a supply teacher, you must hold QTS, have experience working in a school and be able to provide good references.
Working as a Supply Teacher is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher looking to reduce their working hours and also for an ECT looking to broaden their experience and identify the ideal type of school for them to secure permanent work in. Working as a supply teacher across schools to showcase skills can often lead to our candidates being taken onto a permanent school contract if desired.
Ideal for candidates looking for flexible working days or experience in different schools.
