We are currently working with one of the UKs fasted growing Financial Services Groups who are looking to strengthen their Commercial Finance team with the addition of a Finance Business Partner.

This role will support and guidance to the Commercial Finance division, working with the Commercial Finance Business Partnering function to shape pricing and cost decisions, as well as providing timely and insightful analysis.

Key Duties

Business Partnering with the Commercial Finance Division
Provide financial modelling, scenario planning, and pricing to support effective decision-making and improved business performance.
Effectively manage and develop the relationships with senior managers, and other senior stakeholders through collaborating, influencing, challenging and negotiating, to support the Group in achieving its objectives.
Represent Commercial Finance in the delivery of cost allocation model, ensuring focus on service delivery and transparency of allocated Group costs.
Provide the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast processes for commercial cost centres.
Provide ad-hoc insight and analysis for senior stakeholders across Group
Key Requirements

ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified or Part Qualified
Commercially astute, pragmatic, value based decision maker.
An inquisitive mind that can think laterally about any potential consequences for the company, a self-starting problem solver.
Excellent excel and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building and influencing skills.
SQL & Financial modelling expertise would be desirable but not a set requirement Benefits include

£45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience/level of qualification (potentially some room for negotiation)
