Help maintain new systems and cascade training to new users
A medical service provider based in Midlands with clincs across England, undergoing large workforce system transformation.
The post holder will provide transactional support to operational teams in adopting and using erostering software as directed by the Head of Workforce Planning
To be the front door and act as triage for operational requests for support relating to workforce planning and deployment and their use in new systems
To support the development of materials, tools and documents that enable adoption of operational workforce planning approaches.
To design and develop general workforce planning resources, guidance and tools that will support the development of competence in workforce planning.
To support the design and development of the short term workforce planning strategy of the organization, delivering a robust support framework for the business.
Expand and maximise use of App Learn Digital Adoption Tool
To support innovative solutions to developing capacity, improving services, and tackling underperformance to improve quality of services and cost effectiveness.
To actively support the Head of Workforce Planning identifying system hotspots within the business and liaising with relevant business leads on the most appropriate course of action.
Monitor the different workstreams to ensure they are performing at pace and meeting the necessary milestones.
Undertake system based project work as identified by and in consultation with the Head of Workforce PlanningProfile
Experience with Workforce Planning systems, ideally Rostering
Experience leading training to users
