A temporary Customer Administration contract has become available working for one of Office Angels' newest clients who operate in the digital market space. It exciting times as they are embarking on an incredible venture supporting one of the worlds most recognised household brands!!! This 3-month role will see the individual work alongside their Director of Customer Success to ensure the best service and analytical support is provided to their client.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional first-class service and system support throughout the life-cycle of the project Ongoing monthly maintenance of their bespokeanalytical and information system Running spot checks on the service to spot bugs and glitches before client training Actioning client update requests and checking they are being implemented correctly Running usage reports in terms of how clients are using the service Taking ownership of updates on Hubspot of new client contacts Creating content for both monthly and quarterly decks that can be used across all clients
Desired Skills & Experience
Detail orientated Good working knowledge of both Excel & PowerPoint Experience using project management system such as Jira is an advantage Experience of working in an environment where you are used to work orders coming through a ticketing system and working to SLAs Experience of working with CPGs
