Role: Facilities Manager
Headcount: 1 in Bedford, 1 in Stafford and 1 in Stockton-On-Tees
Contracting Authority: MOJ
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Bedford, Stafford or Stockton-On-Tees, scope to move to hybrid depending on workload
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate: 475 per day
Clearance: Active SC or CTC clearance

Minimum requirement:

• Active SC or CTCclearance
• Facilities Management experience
• Experience in application of statutory regs ie: safety
• Stakeholder engagement experience
• Experience of dealing with contracted out services
• Good interpersonal skills / communicator

Desirable:

• Public Sector or Prison experience
• IWFM Level 4
• NEBOSH
• IOSH

Summary of role:

• Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services
• Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery and assist project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment.
• Use data to inform planning
• Manage complex internal and external dependencies
• Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards
