Our client whose Head Office is in Weston-super-Mare have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The role of the Account Manager is to build and maintain current working relationships as well as proactively developing new accounts. The company offer an attractive uncapped commission structure.
With the fast-paced nature of this role the ideal candidate will have excellent commercial thinking in order to effectively capitalise on profitable opportunities.
Whilst previous experience in an Account Management/Sales position would be beneficial to the applicant, it is not essential as full training will be provided. This role will appeal to anyone with a genuine desire to further develop business skills and industry knowledge, in a fast moving and commercially interesting environment.
Personal skill set requirements:
· A polite and engaging manner along with the ability to communicate effectively in order to build and maintain positive relationships
· Eagerness to win business and maximise opportunities through commercial thinking
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Desire for personal development
· General understanding of office business skills
· IT Literate
· GCSEs (or new 2017 standard grades 9-4) at grade C or above in Maths & English
Days of work are Monday to Friday. Salary will be based on applicant experience and desire for development in the range of £20k to £24k
