Location: UK London
Duration: 12 months
Onsite Working Schedule: 3 days office / 2 days remote
Applicable Bonus: / Company Plan (Yearly)
Salary: 66K - 79K
The area
The Company's mission and ambition is to be the leader in all types of video. On the UK User Marketing team, we are building for the next generation on the platform and creating inspiration.
The role
In this role you will be responsible for marketing programs and campaigns for for our platform in the UK. We are looking for an experienced marketer with a proven track record at managing complex creative marketing campaigns, and is passionate about leading the way to make great work happen. The right candidate will have strong communications skills for working with internal and external partners, the ability to articulate and implement creative feedback, and the skills to successfully manage projects from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: oversee multiple large scale campaigns which drive users, collaborating with different teams.
Insights: Focus on the user by bringing insights to the heart of the work - be comfortable with handling data and extracting the right insight for the right opportunity.
Measure: Have a clear sense of the goals, how to monitor performance, and report back to key stakeholders on success and highlight learnings.
Project Management: Keep projects on track with great organisation, clear deadlines and actions, and diligent management of project meetings, documents and business affairs.
Collaboration: Partner with multiple senior stakeholders and teams across the business, from Global, Regional to Local level, to drive understanding, buy-in and implementation of our strategy.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience with working with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Desired
Solid marketing experience, including brand management and creative agency experience - or a suitable equivalent
Prior experience with large-scale campaigns
Excellent written and oral communication skills with peers, management, 3rd parties, and cross-functional teams; experience managing multiple internal senior level relationships
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
Strong project management skills expertise, including the ability to establish and manage timelines effectively
Ability to deliver quality outputs in an exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work on tight deadlines
