Lead Developer - 6 Months initial Contract - Outside IR35

Remote with 2 days per month onsite for Sprint meetings

An experienced and enthusiastic Lead Developer is required on a contract basis to lead a product delivery team working on a new software service.

The successful Lead Developer would be working with a marketing and analytics organisation who boast clients such as Coca-Cola, LinkedIn and Microsoft, initially for a 6-month period to take ownership and lead a team focussing on the development of one of their products.

The current incumbent departs in August; as such they are looking for a lead developer to assist with the handover; taking the project into phase 2 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on position leading the development of this business-critical product.
You will take ownership from a technical delivery perspective
Leading the team from technical perspective (guidance, best practices, code reviews and writing code at least 60% of the time).
Running and taking the lead on scrum meetings / sprints.
Essential skills and experience

.Net Core (C#)
Sql Server
Azure Cloud
Azure Devops
React (preferred but not essential)

Duration: 6 months with view of extension
IR35 status: Outside IR35
Rate: £450-£500 per day
Location: Remote with 1 day every 2 weeks on site in Havant
