My client transforms the way you take your message to market. Their innovative production and content solutions engage audiences across the globe. They are looking for a senior account manager for a 9 month contract, this role is ONLY 1 day a week in Weybridge and rest from home.

As their senior account manager, you will work in a small team based on site in the Clients offices, managing their requirements across all channels and product categories primarily for Europe, but also working directly with the Client team based in Tokyo.

You will manage projects from inception of client brief to final fulfilment of media plans across multi-channel projects with a digital focus for the role; Web, DOOH, social media placements, HTML & Static display banners

You will work closely with their clients daily as well as their marketing teams, creative agencies and media partners.

Internally, you will be responsible for the creative guardianship of the brand, working with the wider client services department and other teams daily, liaising with and briefing projects to the both the digital and print studios on and off site.

You will be responsible for the internal tracking and financial management of your work, liaising with their finance team in order to ensure this is managed efficiently and in a timely fashion.

Skillset as their Senior Account Manager:

Clear, concise, articulate and confident communication

Excellent attention to detail as their Senior Account Manager

Team player but able to work well independently

Able to work under pressure and prioritise, delegating when needed

Ability to interrogate clients briefs to provide the most efficient & highest quality response & output

Strong administration and organisational skills as their Senior Account Manager

Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partner agencies and internal teams

Competence across Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint as their Senior Account Manager

Competence across Google Drive

Understanding of brands and the need for guidelines and conformity as their Senior Account Manager

Experience working on materials across channels with a strong Digital focus. Digital advertising (HTML & static + media plan interrogation) print advertising (press/OOH), and moving image, across multiple markets and languages

Basic understanding of print to support line manager on discussions with printers and media teams

Experience interrogating Digital media plans and working alongside creative & media agencies

Experience briefing internal teams to produce assets, day to day workflow & delivery as their Senior Account Manager

Project Fulfilment & Process/Ways of Working as their Senior Account Manager:

Fulfilment of digital campaigns & social, and able to help team members with press, print/OOH, briefing the relevant internal personnel and liaising with client(s)

Ensuring a robust audit trail for all work produced

Liaising with external agencies on projects as required

Take proactive measures to ensure the smooth operation of the account internally

Ensure relevant financial agreements (i.e. POs) place in place before project kick off as their Senior Account Manager

Have meticulous attention to detail and produce timely and accurate contact/status reports

Being on site with Client you must be able to resolve day-‐to-‐day issues and problems that arise and manage crisis situations effectively with the support of your managers addressing issues decisively and in a level-‐headed way as their Senior Account Manager

With the support of your SAM/AD, you plan ahead, and keep projects moving and ensure your projects are consistently delivered to a high standard -‐ to time/budget/brief/quality

Work with minimal supervision on some smaller projects as their Senior Account Manager

Collaborate effectively with your project producers and ensure Agency processes are followed

Have a solid understanding of the legal/regulatory issues and strong, effective relationships with approval bodies for your clients as required

Help write and deliver clear and persuasive presentations as their Senior Account Manager

Be passionate about great advertising & communications and keep abreast of creativity across the industry in order to help you learn and build on your creative judgement & in turn influence content you create

Be a valuable support for content teams in sourcing stimulus, providing information, making things happen etc.

Champion great creative work and go above and beyond to take their ideas forward and make things happen.

Adherence to their working practices and utilisation of all their client/agency workflow tools

Operation of client portals and system as required

Responsible for supporting SAM/AD on ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all client/agency reports

Working closely with the QA team, checking quality and content of all material produced with overall responsibility for ensuring the delivery of compliant material
