£20-27K
REMOTE, UK BASED

We're looking for an Account Manager to join a friendly, growing team in the Northeast. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing successful, sustainable, and profitable long-term relationships with market leading brands and customers alike.

The role is being offered on a remote basis; with the need to travel Newcastle on an ad hoc basis.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an Account Manager your key duties will include:

* Resolve a broad range of customer and client queries in an efficient and friendly manor.

* Identify and understand each of the customers varying requirements and ensure that robust account management plans are implemented for each customer.

* Communicate, present and influence at all levels of the client's organisation.

* Collaborate with client marketing departments.

* Creating or evolving an existing network to deliver KPIs for each client, conveying their brand message to the network to increase sales.

* Collaborate with client's field teams and use feedback to gain inside knowledge on brand preferences and desire to purchase.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To be considered for the Account Manager role, you must have:

* Previous phone-based customer service experience (ideally inbound and outbound)

* A valid UK driving license

* Excellent communication and relationship building skills

* Strong time management and prioritisation skills

* Confidence when talking with and presenting to a variety of stakeholders

* Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and meet new challenges head on

* Numerically strong with excellent analytical skills

* Self-motivated
