Web Lead - London (Hybrid) - 6 Month Contract - £(Apply online only) p/d - Outide IR35
Our client is within the manufacturing industry and is seeking a qualified Web lead to join their regional omnichannel hub working as part of the Web and SEO team. The Web Lead will be managing their respective region of markets, working closing with the digital team in each of these markets and ensure that the campaigns and new features match the high quality expected. The Web Lead will also be responsible for scoping, coordinating and delivering regional insights with the aim of providing the most comprehensive knowledge of content and performance.
This role is in line with their hybrid working policy which is 60% in the month work from home and 40% within the month in the office.
* Have regular meetings with markets (e.g., general feedback, improvement, concerns)
* Discuss A/B testing opportunities (Performance)
* Implement features and campaigns based on SEO and Google Analytics insights
* Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects allocated to third parties and resolving system issues by aligning directly with the solution support team
* Supervise the development teams that are collaborating with markets on a daily base to ensure quality in implementation of content and features
* Analyze incoming change requests from markets (via e-mail and/ or JIRA tickets)
* Build with market an editorial planning approach for managing the annual communication plan and feed to Global
* Provide advice to market based on guidelines / toolbox provided by OC / best practices
* Monitor campaigns and promotions and identify ways to maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
* Conduct quality checks of the websites: Make sure correct content is implemented / guidelines are followed
Skills/ The Person:
* Experience in working successfully in a global, multicultural organization, with cross-functional projects
* Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in digital and use of web management tools (CMS, GA, etc)
* Strong project management skills, organization skills and documentation skills
* Collaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing very strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can successfully work independently
* Design thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to think outside the box. Good knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
* Proven ability to work effectively across functions
* Ability to work independently on multiple projects at the same time
* Advanced Communication, relationship building skills and customer-centric thinking
* Creative thinking and digital marketing understanding
* Knowledge of relationship between content, analytics and consumer engagement
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Digital, Marketing, Management, Communications or Business Management
* Ability to work in culturally diverse teams across multiple languages
* Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages: Spanish or French is a plus)
* Experience in the use of management tools like Confluence and Teamwork
