Account Manager - POS

I am now looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic, and enthusiastic Account Manager who has a solid grounding in POS and Account Management to take on a senior role, building upon existing business relationships on several key client accounts.

* Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates, managing the campaign/project from start to completion

* To oversee and input client briefs accurately to optimise production

* To provide technical input and advice as well as suggesting alternative options and recommendations as required

* Using the Company's MIS System (Tharstern), to produce detailed specifications for both internal and external stakeholders

* Monitor campaigns/projects, ensuring that all issues and problems are dealt with as soon as they arise

* Prepare presentations, provide monthly reporting, and attend client meetings both on and off site

* Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations

* Ability to manage and motivate internal resource

* Be prepared to work outside of normal hours, as required

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Knowledge of Tharstern and MIS Systems

* Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the client product and requirements in relation to POS

* Ability to remain calm whilst working in a pressured environment and to tight deadlines

* A strong commercial understanding with a keen eye for figures/budgets

* Strong POS and technical print knowledge along with a detailed understanding of various print processes

* Confidence and ability to communicate with key client stakeholders both on the telephone and in person

* A good knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Ability to prepare detailed estimates for printing requirements is advantageous

£24,000 - £30,000 pa
