TL Healthcare are looking to recruit Registered General Nurse, you must have a minimum of 12 months experience working as Nurse within any healthcare setting and are available for temporary assignments in the Birmingham and surrounding area.
As a Registered Nurse within this role, you will need to provide a high standard of individualised, quality care and nursing to clients and be responsible for the administering of all medication to the service users although other clinical responsibilities may be required.
The successful Staff Nurse will have excellent clinical leadership skills. You will be working alongside multi-disciplinary teams on a daily basis so it is imperative you can communicate effectively. You will need to be flexible, responsible and reliable.
Duties may include:
• Peg Feeding
• Stoma Care
• Catheter Care
• Wound Care
• Insulin Administration
• Promoting independence and providing person-centred care
• Personal care and support
• Care following a stay in hospital
• Writing patient care plans
• Assistance with health needs, including managing medication
The successful Staff Nurse should:
• Hold a nursing qualification
• Be registered with the NMC
• Be passionate about elderly & younger adult care
• Have satisfactory references
• Have the right to work in the UK
