Who we are:
We are Agora IP. We are a UK-based Intellectual Property (IP) broker set up in 2021 to assist IP owners to sell or licence their assets and to allow companies, banks and investors to purchase or licence IP from IP owners.
We typically act for household-name clients, and some smaller clients, looking to divest unused assets to recover the costs invested in developing technology that never made it into a commercial product, and preferably make the client a profit on their investment by matching their technology with the correct target purchaser(s).
About the role:
We are in need of a proactive self-starter who is looking for a role that mixes business development, project management and research/analysis. The role is fully remote, and IT equipment will be provided.
Specifically, the role will be to liaise with potential target purchasers and project manage to ensure that multiple concurrent sale/licensing projects keep moving and result in a successful outcome for our clients. In some projects, research or analysis might be required to provide data needed by potential target purchasers.
+ Demonstrable project management experience required
+ Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
+ Knowledge of best practice project management software tools and techniques
+ Very high degree of competence and experience with Microsoft 365 products and services required (Office, Teams, Sharepoint, etc)
+ Excellent relationship skills
+ Ability to work with a fully paperless office
