I am recruiting for a High-Level Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted Rated "Good with Outstanding features" mainstream secondary school in Barnet.

What you will require:

Level 4 HLTA qualification (desirable but not essential)
Autism experience (essential)
Confidence, passion, and high levels of motivation
The ability to model and deliver a high standard of learning support
A willingness to make significant contribution to the life of the school and positive approach towards all students
Lead by example and motivate others to work excellently
Ability to deliver Numeracy and Literacy interventions to small focused groups who have SEN (including Autism and ASD)The School:
