General Practitioner (Hybrid Role)

Locum basis

Part time - 8 hours per week

Wednesdays and Fridays: 14.00-18.00

Home Visits - Across London / Within M25

£95 per hour

Reporting to: Operations Team

GPDQ provides nationwide healthcare services for individuals, businesses, and the NHS. Led by NHS GP, Founder and Chief Medical Officer, Dr Anshu Bhagat, with services delivered by a multidisciplinary team, we harness the benefits of technology to deliver better local access to healthcare. Our services include GP consultations, physiotherapy, mental health, audiology, health checks, blood tests, vaccinations and more. Consultations take place online, at home or in a clinic with a GPDQ vetted GMC-registered NHS GP or highly skilled multidisciplinary team member.

Role Summary

In this role you will have the opportunity to work across multiple workstreams, developing a portfolio career along the way! You will be enthusiastic and passionate about patient care. You will be working on behalf of our partner Babylon Health - carrying out home visits within London/M25 area as and when required. When you are required to carry out a visit, you will be expected to carry out digital consultations.


Carrying out home visits to NHS patients across London / within the m25
Delivering a mix of NHS and private consultations virtually via telephone and video
Remote consultations are 10 minute appointments with a catch up slot every 4 patients
Using Systm 1

Essential requirements

On NHS performers list
GMC registered with a licence to practice
A minimum of 1 year Post CCT experience
2-3 years experience in a salaried post with face to face experience
Previous experience of triage/telephone consultation is essential
Commit to working a minimum of 8 hours per week on a regular base
Excellent communication & IT skills
