PETA Ltd are looking to source a number of exceptional Trainee Engineers for our fantastic Engineering clients in Portsmouth, Southampton and the surrounding areas.

As a Trainee Engineer you will be learning on the job, with support from a mentor at work and a Learning & Development Coach at PETA to ensure your training is on track.

Training on the job:

Throughout the duration of the training you will be completing an Apprenticeship, where you will be day released to PETA's Havant training centre for off-the-job training. This will include learning how to work safely and efficiently.

There are lots of different opportunities for progression and career pathways.

You would be a part of any of the following apprenticeship programmes:

General Welder Level 2
Product Design and Development Technician Level 3
Machinist - Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Level 3
Technical Support Technician Level 3
Toolmaker and Tool Due Maintenance Technician Level 3
Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician Level 3
Pipe/Plate Welder Level 3
Engineering Operative Level 2
