The SENco of this secondary school in Havering is looking for an enthusiastic graduate Teaching Assistant to join their school supporting children with SEN and EAL needs.

This is the ideal position for graduates looking to start their career as a Teacher, Educational Psychologist or speech and language therapist.

***Graduate Teaching Assistant position located in Havering.
***Successful Teaching assistants will earn £70 - £100 a day depending on experience.

This post requires a capable and passionate graduate who has the ability to show an empathetic persona when supporting learning. You will have the ability to establish yourself as a role model to the pupils, showcasing the traits required for future success.

Being a member of this Department department is a great privilege and leads to some outstanding teaching. The school invests in the development of EAL pupils and you will have the latest language resources at your fingertips to improve the linguistic abilities of EAL students. You will be honing your teaching talents with the support of a SENCO who will be on hand to offer pastoral and administrative support from day one. You shall work alongside pupils who have a statement of SEN and help them reach their academic goals. Day-to-day, you will be assisting the teacher with smaller 'booster' groups and intervention 1:1s were specific points that can be targeted and worked upon.
