Accounts Assistant

Our client in Farnborough is looking for an Accounts Assistant to help them on a temporary 2 month contract. This is an immediate start booking and is fully office based.


* Assisting with transactional processing duties (posting and raising invoices, credit control etc.)

* Preparing internal and external reports

* Reconciling bank balances

* Answering purchase/sales ledger queries

* Reconciling supplier statements and payments

* Any other finance duties that may be required


* Have a relevant qualification - AAT, ACCA etc

* Previous Accounts Assistant experience

* An eye for detail and high level of accuracy;

* Confident in using Accounts software

* Works well in fast-paced environment

* Excellent communication skills - able to respond to queries promptly
