Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their expanding Hanley Office, as a key member of their finance team. Your role will be rewarding, and diverse and you'll be supporting a company that truly makes a difference.

Job Description:

Assist in the preparation and process of any property information such as facility and service charges
The Finance Assistant will support the process and reconciliation of petty cash, prepayment cards and staff expenses etc
Liaise effectively with key external stakeholders
Ensure all records are up to date and are accurate Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience within a similar position
Confidence with communication; both verbally and written with a professional and compassionate demeanour
An accuracy and strong attention to detail
Developed organisational, administrative, and monitoring skills
IT Skills: including word processing, spreadsheets, databases
Demonstrate understanding of enthusiasm to help build and be part of a growing organisation
Commitment to providing excellent customer service with high standards of quality
An enthusiastic and positive personality Hours: 25 - 35 Hours per Week Must Work Monday and a Friday
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 DOE Pro Rata
