Administrator required for an immediate start in Barrow - In - Furness. Our client is looking for an experienced financial admin to join their team. This is initially temporary with the view of it leading to a more permanent role.
Working Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm AND Friday, 8:30am - 2pm.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Checking invoices against purchase orders for discrepancies Data entry including posting accruals Submitting payment & PO requests (ensuring necessary approvals are obtained from directors/managers) Obtaining quotes from key suppliers for requested items Financial reporting assistance Ad hoc duties such as filing & scanning
Requirements for the role
Previous experience Ideally from a finance background
