We are currently working with a fantastic company based in Chelmsford who are looking for a Temp for 3 months to join their busy team as an Accounts Assistant.

They manage several bank accounts hosting client funds in the form of virtual bank accounts using Sage 50.

The role Includes:

• Reconciling all client banks, around 10 client fund banks of varying sizes
• Investigating and fixing issues and errors
• Reconciling transactions sitting in holding accounts with the relevant client accounts - this includes net pay and pension transactions

Experience needed:

• An audit background with investigative nature would be great.
• Accounts background
• Strong communication

There will be support from corporate finance and operational payments team leaders.

The hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday (37 hours per week)
