Salary - £46, 678 to £54, 917 pro rataHours - Full-time (with potential to consider part-time)Location - City Road EC1 with hybrid working pattern Benefits - Excellent package including 27 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata)Moorfields Charity has a once in a century opportunity to partner with Moorfields Eye Hospital and University College of London (UCL) to create the world centre for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of eye disease. This joint initiative known as 'Oriel' is due to open in 2026. Philanthropy will play a vital role in the centre's establishment. The charity is leading, in partnership with UCL, a £100m campaign to support the initiative. About the roleThis is a newly created campaign manager role. The role is varied, highly collaborative and strategically focused and will require you to work independently and confidently by developing important relationships with key colleagues, and senior stakeholders across the charity, hospital and UCLYou will be critical to the successful delivery of the campaign and to the charity's wider and exciting growth ambitions.You will review, develop and monitor the campaign's performance and play a lead role in the development of cases for support and feed into the Oriel campaign communications strategy. You will also develop recognition processes and shape a high quality and effective stewardship strategy and engagement programme. About you You will be a fundraising leader and it would be beneficial if you have managed or been part of a capital and revenue campaign.You will have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships and influence and lead others. You will be able to quickly absorb complex information and effectively communicate it to a non-academic audience. We are looking for strategic candidate with a thorough understanding and current knowledge of the charity sector and regulation. Your ability to collaborate and be creative around donor communications, recognition and stewardship will be key to your success in this role.
