We are looking for stand out candidates to fulfill several forthcoming Executive Assistant roles across the business in our London and Bournemouth locations. Positions will vary, some being office based, some on the hybrid model, but all will offer great renumeration, benefits, and the chance to progress within the organisation.

Role Overview:

• Professional client handling and relationship building with all clients, Senior Management and cover groups. Scheduling meetings within the team and stakeholders.

• Full competency in diary and inbox management.

• Experience of effectively arranging travel, production of accurate itineraries, able to navigate systems well and apply good judgment on how to optimise travellers time

• Awareness of expense arena, expense systems and cost control initiatives e.g. can champion expense policy, process expenses in a timely manner and reconcile accounts accurately

• Exhibits a positive, common sense, constructive attitude to drive managers schedule and help manage time effectively. Be a gatekeeper where needed.

• Can follow up without prompting and keep 1 step ahead of arrangement and requirements, displays good use of initiative and follow through to completion

Your qualities:

Minimum 3 years experience in an EA role, financial industry preferred but not necessary

High level of attention to detail and deliver high quality results

Strong executive communicator

Excellent administrator

Pro-active and able to take ownership within you role

Polished and professional with a calm and composed manner

Have the ability to work in a pressured environment and partner effectively with peers

Be flexible, willing and open to change

Be a team player who can build networks and work in partnership
