Customer Support / Helpdesk Assistant | Hybrid | Leeds | £10 - £11 per hour | 3 Month contract Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a leading Public sector organisation, to recruit a Customer Support/Helpdesk Assistant.
This organisation operates a hybrid working policy, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the Leeds head office.
This position would suit an individual with good customer service skills, an ability to work to strict deadlines and a willingness to learn. Role:
- Responding to all inbound customer queries
- Chasing orders and liaising with suppliers
- Provide a comprehensive and efficient front line quality support service to all departments via means of a help desk function
- Basic order tracking and delivery information to users
- Assist as required with other duties that are integral to the department
- Knowledge of working within a Customer Service role
