Trade Floor Support Analyst
6 months
5 days a week on site in London - Moorgate
£325 p/d INSIDE IR35

In this role, you will be responsible for Trade Floor Support across the business under a dual-hat arrangement. Under this arrangement, you will act and make decisions on behalf of both the bank and the securities business, subject to the same remit and level of authority, and irrespective of the entity which employs you.

Work Experience:
* Reasonable level experience in a customer focused role dealing with requests and incidents encompassing all areas of responsibility stated above.
* Related ITIL/Customer Service certifcations would be considered advantageous.

Functional / Technical Competencies:
* Excellent previous IT Service Desk experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
* Strong knowledge of common Microsoft based operating systems and applications, with emphasis on Windows 7 / 10 and Office 2010.
* Knowledge of Apple Operating Systems, Android / iPhone / iPad.
* Knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware, Laptops, HP/Ricoh printers, Cisco phones, Mobile Devices, BYOD devices, RSA.
* Experience of software such as Altiris, Citrix, Exchange 2010, Appsense, Microsoft App-V, Microsoft Lync / Teams.
* Ability to take ownership of the tickets in their queue, with the skills to manage changing priorities. Maintain and document progress of tickets. Experience of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, SBM)
