Design Manager required for a 3 month contract to work on a £25m industrial unit build in the North East.
The Design Manageris required to undertake a large amount Value engineering, therefore previous experience of this would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in the industrial sector and working through a PCSA and with value engineering.
We could accept part week working e.g 3 days a weekm, and there is a strong potential this role could be extended past the 3 initial 3 months.
