Our client is looking for a finance administrator to join their busy team.

Your role will be to support the Finance Manager by following Group Finance Policies to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions are maintained. Assist with achieving the site Budget/Forecast and KPI's determined at the start of each FY and maintained throughout the year.

The main duties of the role are :

§ Process, interrogate and issue financial data as required in a timely manner, ensuring that the information is accurate and relevant.
§ Monitor KPI's using Microsoft office primarily and other Apps/Dashboards
§ Assist with checking & processing Invoices monthly
§ Provide cover within all areas of financial administration processes as required in relation to soft and hard services contract, to include but not exhaustive: raise, review, goods receipt of purchase orders, raise invoices/credit notes, archive documentation, maintain good housekeeping.
§ Undertake as required responsibility for Cash processing to include daily count and banking, cash floats ensuring that any discrepancies are actioned in a timely manner. Provide Hub with accurate daily takings within required timescales.
§ Meet deadlines for trading periods in liaison with the Finance Hub
§ Establishment and maintenance of effective communications and working relationships.
§ Attendance at meetings as required, ensuring actions are monitored and progressed to resolution.
§ Participation in and contribution to forums, initiatives and training.
Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

The ideal candidate will have:
§ Excellent computer skills with ability to produce spreadsheets, graphs etc
§ Articulate communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
§ Proactive and pragmatic approach to issue resolution.
§ Flexible and adaptable approach to working within the changing needs of the business.
§ Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

The hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
