We have a great opportunity for a HR Admin Assistant to join our client that is based in Giltbrook Nottingham

This position is for 3 months and will involve office based and remote working so you must be able to make your way to the office when required.

General duties are as below


Duties & Responsibilities:

Creation and maintenance of accurate and complete electronic employee records, including appropriate cleansing and destruction
Support the recruitment process through production and issuing of offers of employment, including contracts, issuing of new starter induction packs to line managers as appropriate and checking and processing acceptances of employment, including requesting references
Provide details of new starters, leavers and any relevant changes to payroll as required, to ensure accurate payroll processing
Liaising with internal and external individuals to make them aware of any employee changes
Provide support to the HR Managers with any projects or initiatives as requiredYou should have the following skills, experience and/or qualifications:

Experience of working within a Shared Service environment is desirable but not essential
Strong administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise changing workloads
Plenty of initiative in order to make a proactive difference from day one
Experience of using Ceridian would be an advantageOur client is looking for an immediate start with this position following a successful interview
