Our client, a global leader in the finance industry, is seeking a highly motivated individual with a legal background and demonstrable interest in finance, to join their Regulations team based in City of London for 12 months temporary contract starting from 18th of July 2022.

This is a great opportunity for law graduates who are passionate about financial markets to enhance their career within a leading organization in technology and finance industry. The successful candidate will receive a world class training and an opportunity to work in a challenging and complex environment.

The role will require candidate to assist in testing data and new fields/logic in beta for cyclical regulatory releases before production. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting requests via ticketing system, conducting additional research, and contacting third party data providers for relevant data points.

The successful applicant is required to think critically, identify and flag errors, demonstrate strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise tasks.


A legal background/law undergraduate degree, or prior experience working in regulatory change or regulatory reporting would be desirable.
Good knowledge of fixed income or derivatives is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage with professionals
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
Self-motivated, task-oriented, and high degree of professionalism and integrity
Persistent and tenacious in obtaining accurate information in a timely manner
Ability to identify errors and anomalies.
Take ownership and be proactive with key areas of responsibilities as well as possess good teamwork skills
