Business Operations Finance Administrator - £15.66ph Plus Hol Pay - London

Start: 11th July 2022

Duration: 10 weeks

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Raise requisitions / POs accurately, within agreed budgets and in a timely fashion.

* Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure that invoices are appropriately authorised for payment.

* Investigate anomalies, chase/escalate any issues as necessary.

* Work collaboratively with the other Business Operations Administrators to ensure the effective deployment of administrative support.

* Provide effective administrative support to relevant teams to ensure that consistent documentation is always used.

* Provide meeting support as required: draft the agenda, take minutes/action points, follow up on actions arising.

* Develop and maintain an understanding of key internal and external stakeholders.

Person Specification:

* Evidence of experience in financial administration, including the creation of purchase orders and the resolution of invoice queries.

* Significant professional experience of leading Administration in a complex environment.

* Experience in arranging and servicing meetings.

* Excellent IT skills.

* Demonstrable ability to develop, maintain and review administrative and computerised systems.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work well as a member of a team and independently.
