Super role for an Account Manager who has worked with ERP software clients (ideally MS Business Central or Dynamics NAV) and can further develop trusted and valued relationships with an existing base of 85 customers. You will play an integral part in continuing to grow this business and adding value to their propositions. To £50k base, with an uncapped OTE of £80k + £5k car allowance and life assurance. The role is remote, home based anywhere in the UK but ideally south of Yorkshire, down to London, the west coast or east coast.

You will be looking after clients who are using specialist Construction ERP software which covers quotes and job costing, sales order processing, stock control, billing, warehouse management, e-commerce, websites, invoicing and accounting, procurement, and supply chain.

You are a motivated, driven Account Manager, passionate about helping customers to get the best value from their software, with solid knowledge of the ERP marketplace, proven success results, and a track record of meeting targets. You have commercial acumen, you understand business processes and where ERP solutions fit in, and you can translate client requirements into solutions backed by value propositions.

You understand the basics of software Implementation, licensing, and payment terms, and you know how to propose benefits and how to best sell them. You question assumptions and enjoy finding solutions to problems. If you have any experience of working with construction management or housing software, that would be a bonus. So, solutions like COINS, Eque2, Orchard, Procore, Javelin, Xpedeon, 4PS, Synchro, EasyBuild, 123 Insight, BuildCloud, Sage Construct or similar would be perfect.

The role:

* Ensure clients are utilising their Construction ERP software to full capacity and increase adoption

* Capitalise on the growth of recurring and existing customer revenues

* Maintain a transparent line of communication with clients to build trust

* Build engagement, and gain trust and buy in when discussing potential enhancements with clients

* Demonstrate the value of the ERP solution and up-sell new products, upgrades, and add-ons

* Negotiate annual contract renewals

* Work closely with the marketing team to build lead generation plans

* Manage client requests and ensure on-going projects are fulfilled

* Leverage internal relationships within the company to fulfil client requests at short notice

The Sales Director is very focused on developing relationships with the clients but also, crucially, on delivering a value proposition, and how to present that to a client. So you need to be able to talk about a capital investment that last 5 years. He is a great guy to work for, and you will also work closely with the marketing team.
