Manager - Finance Project Management
£550 per day
Hold an accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Strong process improvement background
Proven ability to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders
Previous Financial Control experience and advantageous to have experience of Business Performance reporting and analysis
Skilled in Project Management including leading diverse teams
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills and confident decision-making ability.
A 6 month contract with option to extend as the projects progress to focus on process improvement working across month end financial control through to financial planning and analysis.
With the aim build on the work already started via the Controls Issues and Process improvements (CIPI) work-streams
The financial control processes need to move and adapt in line with these evolving processes, as well as adapt with the extreme cost inflationary environment to
Address controls gaps as they appear and
Build processes designed to best ensure a strong control environment
Coupled with ensuring the process delivers the necessary insight required on which to make fundamental strategic business decisions.
Reports into the Director of Financial Control, but you will have communication lines to the finance directors across the business.
Works with multiple cross functional teams to drive an understanding of the issues and design long term solutions
Project and team management experience beneficial to influence the various stakeholders and ensure the projects are being lead through to satisfactory completion
