Adecco Stoke are looking to recruit an experienced IT assistant to work for our popular client located in Stoke, ST4 area. This is a temporary role and could lead to a permanent opportunity the right person.
The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for any IT issues and queries across the business. They will be responsible for providing technical support to all internal and external colleagues, whilst offering a friendly customer service. Duties will involve providing 1st and 2nd line support on the ICT service desk, logging incidents and resolving within a timely manner, setting up new IT equipment and offering support on use of systems.
This is a full time position working 35 hours each week, Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm. Hourly rate of pay from £12.63ph.
Key skills & requirements-
Must have previous experience in an ICT support environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and other systems.
Ability to solve problems using your own initiative and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
