What we are looking for an for is an experienced Facilities Manager, someone that can take care of the buildings and grounds as standard, who has a great understanding of all Health and Safety aspects as well as be able to lead on some capital projects.
The site has recently had funding for a large refurbishment, so looking for someone who can help lead on this project and modernise the site and work with stakeholders to achieve this.
You will have good practical engineering knowledge of buildings and their services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and plant and machinery systems
You will be direct report to another Facility manager and Maintenance team of three, so will be used to managing other people as well as working closely with all stakeholders.
There is another site in Orpington, which you may need to go to on occasion, but mainly will be based out of the Sydenham.
