A well respected and established leader in the manufacture of highly precision machined components for various industry sectors including Aerospace and Medical are currently looking to recruit due to a growing order book.
Job Profile
As the successful CNC Miller you will experience working in a modern, state of the art facility on a variety of interesting projects. The team of machinists are highly skilled and work closely together to achieve production targets.
Duties
* CNC Milling programming setting and operating 3 axis & 4 axis machining centres
* Programming using Fanuc controls
* Batch sizes ranging from 1 off up to 200 off
* Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
* Implement new production methods
* Improve cost efficiency and ensure continuous improvement
* Work according to tight schedules and follow strict quality control and standards
Skills & Experience
* CNC Milling
* Programming with Fanuc
* Able to machine with up to 4 axis Milling centres ideal
Hours & Benefits
* 40 hours per week
* 07.30 - 16.30 Monday - Thursday, Friday 13.30 finish
* 25 days holiday
* Overtime paid at x1.33
* Life Insurance
