Teaching assistants are highly sought after in Birmingham, so if you have previous experience working within schools, or any other relevant experience working with children with Special Education Needs we would love to hear from you.
We have a range of different Teaching Assistant roles from whole class support to 1:1 support within all aged year groups.

To be successful in the role you will need the following.
- A relevant Level 2 qualification such as Health and Social Care, Young People's Workforce, Childcare etc
- A supportive and kind nature with a non-judgmental approach to sensitive situations
- Experience working with children or young people with Special Education Needs that can be referenced
- You will also need a valid DBS or be open to obtaining one.
