St Mary's University is looking to appoint a professional and energetic Partnerships Officer to join the Institute of Education by providing high level support to Senior Staff, colleagues, and students. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis based in London. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,115.67 per annum.

The Partnerships Officer role:

Based in Global Engagement, this new Partnerships Officer role is pivotal in supporting the successful set up and ongoing management of St Mary's diverse and growing range of partnerships.

Working closely with the International Mobility Manager and Senior Partnerships Manager, you will support the implementation of the Partnerships Strategy in line with two key pillars of Vision 2030: Growth and Partnerships.

Weekend and evening work may be required occasionally (for example 3-4 Saturdays or Sundays per year).

Key responsibilities as our Partnerships Officer:

- Supporting the coordination of partnership activities across the university in setting up and maintaining Study Abroad and academic partnerships (international and domestic)

- Maintaining St Mary's partnerships database and update the CRM as required

- Assisting with evaluating partner profiles and courses for compatibility with St Mary's

- Contributing to the development of new partnership business cases and drafting internal committee pro formas, documentation and module mapping

- Developing and coordinating relevant and timely partner comms

- Sending and monitoring partner comms through the CRM

- Working with colleagues across academic professional service departments to establish best practice, information sharing and effective delivery on partnership objectives

- Providing general information to St Mary's students interested in studying abroad

- Updating information on Moodle and other internal platforms available to students interested in studying abroad

- Updating Erasmus grant system with staff and student mobility information

- Updating Turing grant system with student mobility information

- Requesting and track Erasmus and Turing grant payments through St Mary's finance systems
