Senior Compliance Officer - Advice

My client is a Financial Service provider based in the West Midlands. Due to the continued success of the business and having recently become FCA regulated, they are currently recruiting for a Senior Compliance Advisory Officer.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance your main responsibilities will include;

* Agree proportionate, appropriate advice with all business functions

* Provide Advice and guidance to all business units in regard to completing actions and incidents

* Horizon scanning and communication through the Regulatory Radar to inform the business of the regulations that are applicable

* Complete compliance sign-off of Financial Promotions

You will be an experienced Compliance professional with a minimum of 2 years experience within the Financial Services sector. You will have worked specifically within Compliance Advice. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package and scope to progress within the copmany.

This is a Hybrid role, although there is minimal expectation to attend the office in North Birmingham
