TIG Welders and Sheet Metal Workers Required For Ongoing Contract on 3 Shifts

Duties include:
Cutting, folding and fabricating sheet metal assemblies for the rail industry
TIG welding 2-3mm aluminium sheet ( gussets, infills, box section )
Use of welding jigs
Cleaning down and finishing materials to a high standard
Basic assembly - riveting, installing nutserts, drilling, bolting
Sheet metal work - use of guillotine, press break to cut form and shape material prior to weld assembly

Shifts:
Days: 07:00: - 15:00 (07:30 - 12:00 Friday)
Mornings: 06:00 - 14:00 (06:00 - 11:00 Friday)
Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (11:00 - 16:00 Friday)
Nights: (22:00-06:00)

Rates:Paye
Double Day- Mornings £13.92
Double Day- Afternoon£14.95
Basic Nights £17.14
2nd 2hrs O/T After 8hrs £16.11
Plus 2hrs O/T £19.34
All Hrs Sat£19.34
All Hrs Sun£25.78

CURRENTLY ON 2 SHIFT ROTATION: MORNINGS AND AFTERNOONS

PLEASE NOTE: There is a £2 retention bonus for every hour you work. This will be paid out in December before Christmas, providing you don't leave yourself.
