The ESN PMO Analyst provides administration and analytical support to the PMO function for the ESN programme, managing competing priorities and being flexible to support the team. It is a dynamic role that involves interactions with a wide number of stakeholders across the programme including, but not limited to, Technology ESN project and programme managers, ESN product managers and the HR team. Building relationships will be key to help get information required from stakeholders and manage actions. You'll also interface with the Home Office (our customer) Document Control team and help to run the document control process. This is a critical process for us to meet our contractual obligations and must be carefully managed and tracked.
London OR Bristol (2 to 3 days onsite) - 6 month contract.
What I'll be doing - your accountabilities
*Manage central document control mailbox
*Submit formal documents on Home Office portal (Huddle)
*Receive documents from the Home Office and distribute to ESN responsible leads and support review process. Ensure documents are reviewed and submitted according to agreed process, timescales and quality standards
*Manage reporting on documentary deliverables
*Programme reporting - creating and managing Excel workbooks to drive reporting of large amounts of delivery data; creating PowerPoint packs; recording meeting actions and decisions.
*Control and Management of the ESN SharePoint Site including access control - site has c1500 users and access must be tightly controlled due to sensitive nature of ESN contract and information
*Supports PMO meetings, manages central mailboxes, calendar
*Support to rest of the PMO team as required to respond to programme needs
Skills required for the job
*Proficient administration and project support / coordination skills, including some experience of working in a busy PMO function or support function
*Developing and producing project / programme reports in Excel including some data analysis and developing meeting packs in Powerpoint
*The successful candidate must be willing to undergo BPSS Level Government Screening which requires residence in the UK for a minimum of 2 years
