T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to join our ICT Team based in our Ewell Head Office.

* Up to £50,000pa (Dependant on Experience)

* Vehicle Allowance

* 33 days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays)

What will you be doing?

As the Project Lead for T Brown Group, the Project Coordinator / Manager will be responsible for the management of a range of projects from start to finish. Ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the internal customer.

The Project Coordinator / Manager will need to work across many departments/ divisions on a variety of projects, varying in scale and scope. Projects will relate to the internal operation of the business, aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

The primary responsibility of this role is to see projects are seen through to successful completion, identifying the required resources, and ensuring that they are allocated to the project.

* Project Management Qualification - PRINCE2, AGILE, APM

* Proven experience of managing / coordinating projects

* Proven successful delivery of previous projects

* Proven experience in leadership

* Ability to plan and manage time effectively

* Excellent verbal communication

* Ability to motivate people

* Excellent written communication skills

* Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and confident
