The Position

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Jobandtalent Global Clients.

Responsibilities:

To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes
To build and maintain local customer relationships through regular formal & informal meetings
To collate, prepare and present relevant monthly customer reviews
To manage and maintain an active headcount (in line with customer demand) to ensure daily fulfilment of requirements are met
To forecast and plan recruitment in conjunction with the above
To lead, coach and develop the onsite team through:
o Daily & weekly team meetings
o Regular 121s
o Annual PDRs
To demonstrate company visions and values
To operate within company SOPs and all compliance / legislative processes as dictated by customer relationships
To ensure full accuracy of payroll & invoicing and manage any invoice query management
To build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Head Office and to drive the onsite team to build strong relationships with relevant personnel
To be responsible for full workforce management - to include, but not limited to, holidays, sickness/absence, quality, performance
To ensure workforce training is scheduled and completed in line with onsite requirements
To produce and circulate weekly KPI reports both internally and externally
To manage onsite expenditure in line with guidelines agreed with line managerA successful candidate will have

3 years experience in service management
Experience dealing with multiple clients preferably in the recruitment sector
Ability to hit and exceed targets and objectives
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Computer literate - outlook, excel and word
Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
Ability to use a common sense approach to problem solving
Full driving license essential What we offer:
