Our client, a leading technology company, is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Campaigns Executive to support the delivery of market leading campaigns, designed to increase lead generation and brand awareness. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the role is based in Birmingham with a flexible hybrid home-working arrangement.

Key responsibilities

Regular monitoring of marketing plans and campaign delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed in accordance with objectives and budget
Liaison with stakeholders and monitoring of progress to support campaign activation
Managing key stakeholders and industry partnerships
Input of quality briefs to the marketing teams, defining expected campaign outcomes
Identifying and monitoring traditional and online marketing channels for campaigns, such as reviewing effectiveness of outputs
Project coordination of key campaigns such as large thought leadership reports and events
Working with the business development team to develop BD campaigns, lead generation and follow ups
Liaison with website team to ensure website content is kept up to date and changes are scheduled
Preparation of quarterly marketing performance reports for board meetingsPerson Profile

Marketing degree and/or CIM qualification is desirable
Understanding of the marketing mix with a good understanding of the role of different channels to support moving prospects through the sales funnel
Experience in marketing campaign coordination is essential, within a B2B services environment
Excellent experience of campaign brief writing
Understanding of CRM systems to research potential audiences for HTML targeting, monitoring campaign performance and business development activities
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational skills to keep self and others on track with delivery.Rewards & Benefits
