Page Personnel working in partnership on an exciting new role for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis in Huyton. The role will be reporting into the Management Accountant and will be suited for a someone with solid experience. It is all about team fit, so if you have a great attitude and Purchase Ledger experience this is the job for you! Sage 200 is desirable not essential.

Description
The Purchase Ledger Clerk duties include:
Processing around 400 invoices
Auto-import invoices
Statement reconciliation
Supplier queries
Monitoring emails / responding within SLA
Trained into payment runs
Petty cash
Sage 200 experience - assisting with improving system/resolving the issues/demonstrate improving the processes
Small exposure to Credit Control duties
Profile
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk MUST:
Have a solid Accounts Payable background
Sage 200 (desirable not essential)
Credit Control exposure (desirable but small part of the role)
Able to work independently as well as alongside a small team of 4
Able to work towards month end deadlines
Ability to prioritise and deal with queries
Want to assist with improving processesJob Offer
The benefits include:
22k - 24k would consider
22 days holiday +8 bank after (rising to 24 days after 12 months)
37.5 -fully flexible
Full time office - can offer hybrid very occasional
Free Parking
